Thursday, October 29th @ 1800 UTC (2:00PM EDT) the ETH Staker Community is hosting their 10th official Community Call. With the excitement building surrounding the eventual announcement of the Ethereum 2.0 Phase 0 launch, there are lots of questions surrounding staking.
The ETH Staker community is hosting a Quiz Show on Sunday, November 1st, 2020 at 2:00 PM CDT (7:00 PM UTC). The goal is to help teach Ethereum principles in a fun and engaging way. The long term benefit will be for people who can watch the YouTube stream and "play along" at home.
On Friday, October 23rd, 2020 SuperPhiz presented the changes coming with ETH2 and what it means for all users alike. Additionally, SuperPhiz goes in-depth explaining exactly what it means to Stake an Ethereum 2.0 Validator, and the risks and rewards involved. This morning at 4:30 AM Phoenix Time (6:30 AM CDT / 11:30 AM UTC) the Ethereum Foundation YouTube Channel broadcast LIVE the Spadina Testnet Launch. The Spadina Testnet is a unique event that will have a lifecycle of ~72 hours. This will serve as the last opportunity for Engineers, Developers, and individual stakers alike to practice submitting deposits and starting their validators. The event was hosted brilliantly by "Superphiz" from the Ethereum Staker Reddit Community and joined by a cast of all-stars.
